【摘要】 介绍喷气织机生产宽幅细特高密织物的要点。以ZAX-360型喷气织机生产JC 7.3/7.3 787/720305直贡缎为例,分析了生产中的难点,改进了经纬纱质量,整经中解决好整经张力和断头问题;通过试验,分析并优化了浆料配方和织机工艺;总结了生产中温湿度控制、车间环境等质量管理措施,最终实现产品十万纬经停5.8次,十万纬纬停9.1次,织机效率提高到90%以上,织疵率由最初的19.25%下降到10.21%,各项质量指标均符合设计要求。认为:要实现产品的顺利生产,需要控制好纬纱质量、织前准备质量、织机状态、织造工艺参数、生产环境和挡车工操作技术等诸多方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Production key points of wide fine count high density fabric were discussed. Taking JC 7. 3 /7. 3 787 /720 305 venetian produced on ZAX-360 air-jet loom as example,the difficulties in production was analyzed,the quality of warp and weft was improved,the problem of warp tension and breakage was solved during warping. Sizing instruction and weaving processing parameter were analyzed and optimized through the test. Production quality management measures of temperature and humidity control and workshop environment were summarized,and finally the warp breakages of hundred thousand weft can be controlled 5. 8 times,the weft breakages of hundred thousand weft can be controlled 9. 1times,loom efficiency can be reached over 90%,weaving defect rate can be declined from 19. 25% to 10. 21%,the quality indexes satisfy the design requirements. It is considered that a series of measures can be adopted successful,such as controlling weft yarn quality,weaving preparation quality,loom state,weaving processing parameters,production environment and operating technology.更多还原
