小麦蛋白复合纤维性能分析

【摘要】 探讨小麦蛋白复合纤维的性能。介绍了小麦蛋白复合纤维的制备方法,采用电子显微镜对该纤维的形态结构进行了观察,选择了几种适合与小麦蛋白复合纤维混纺的纤维,测试并对比了其物理性能,分析了小麦蛋白复合纤维的染色性能。结果表明:小麦蛋白复合纤维的形态结构与粘胶纤维相似,其物理性能与其他几种纤维具有相似或互补性;小麦蛋白复合纤维纯纺及混纺浅色织物的染整前处理可以采用双氧水轻漂工艺;B型活性染料对小麦蛋白复合纤维的染色固色率较高、染色牢度优良。

【Abstract】 Property of wheat protein compound fiber was discussed. Manufacture method of wheat protein compound fiber was introduced. The fabric morphology was observed by SEM. Several fibers that suitable to blend and spin with wheat protein compound fiber were selected,physical properties of the fibers were tested and analyzed. Dyeing property of wheat protein compound fiber was analyzed. The result shows that morphology of wheat protein compound fiber is similar to viscose fiber,property of wheat protein compound fiber is similar or complementary with other fibers. Hydrogen peroxide light bleaching can be adopted in pre-treatment before finishing for pure wheat protein compound fiber yarn and blended yarn light color fabrics. Dye fixation and the color fastness of B type reactive dyes to wheat protein compound fiber are better.
