表面活性剂在合成超细氧化铅粉体中的应用研究
Application of Surfactants in Synthesis of Ultrafine Lead Oxide Powder
【摘要】 以草酸钠和硝酸铅为原料,聚乙二醇400(PEG400)、聚乙二醇1000(PEG1000)和聚乙二醇2000(PEG2000)为表面活性剂,采用化学沉淀法合成草酸铅并在320℃煅烧得到超细氧化铅粉体,采用XRD和SEM对产物进行表征。结果表明,反应合成的前驱体草酸铅纯度很高,煅烧生成的氧化铅主要是α-PbO,还含有少量的β-PbO;产物的形貌随PEG分子量的增加,由不规则状向棒状转变;随着反应温度的升高,产物粒径有减少的趋势,但同时颗粒更容易发生团聚。
【Abstract】 Lead oxalate was synthesized by chemical precipitation with sodium oxalate and lead nitrate as raw materials,polyethylene glycol 400(PEG400),polyethylene glycol 1000(PEG1000)and polyethylene glycol 2000(PEG2000)as surfactants.Synthesized lead oxalate was converted into superfine lead oxide by thermal decomposition at 320 ℃.Lead oxalate and the lead oxide were characterized by XRD and SEM. The results show that prepared from reaction,lead oxalate has high purity,mainly containingα-PbO and a small amount ofβ-PbO.The morphology of lead oxide changes from an irregular shape to rod-like with an increase of PEG molecular weight.With an increase of reaction temperature,particle size of lead oxide tends to decrease,but agglomeration is more likely to occur.
