铅锌烟尘直接硫酸浸出工艺研究
Process Study of Direct Leaching of Pb-Zn Bearing Dust with Sulfuric Acid
【摘要】 采用硫酸直接浸出铅锌烟尘,考察硫酸浓度、液固比、浸出时间和温度对锌浸出率及铅入渣率的影响。结果表明,在下述优化浸出条件下,锌浸出率达93.55%,铅入渣率92.01%:硫酸浓度175g/L、液固比6∶1、浸出时间60min、浸出温度60℃。
【Abstract】 Pb-Zn bearing dust was directly leached by sulfuric acid.The effects of H2 SO4 concentration,ratio of liquid to solid(L/S),leaching time and temperature on zinc leaching rate and rate of lead going into leaching residue were investigated.The results show that the zinc leaching rate is 93.55%and the rate of lead going into leaching residue is 92.01%under the optimum conditions including H2 SO4 concentration of 175g/L,L/S=6∶1,leaching duration of 60min and leaching temperature of 60℃.
