重组竹碾压疏解竹丝高效组合设备的创新研究
The innovation research on mangle and defibering equipment of bamboo filament with high efficiency for reconstituted bamboo lumber
【摘要】 介绍了新研制的竹丝高效疏解组合设备的工作原理、结构特点、主要技术参数及工作过程。与旧设备测试比较表明,新设备将竹材去节、去青、去黄、点裂、疏解、展平等过程组合成一台机床,占地面积由40平米降到10平米,总动力由52.5千瓦变为24千瓦,降低60.38%,用工数由6~8人降为2人,碾压疏解竹丝能力由每小时300~400千克提高到800~900千克,竹材资源利用率由60~65%增加到75%以上,竹丝疏解完全,产品质量达到国标要求,明显降低了重组竹生产成本,经济效益显著。
【Abstract】 This paper described the working principle, structure characteristics, main technical parameters and working process of a new efficient combination of mangle and defibering equipment of reconstituted bamboo lumber which was researched and developed recently. In comparison with the traditional equipment test, the new device can getting rid of bamboo knot, outboard bamboo, inboard bamboo, splitting in point, defibering and flattening and combined into one process. And the covering area reduced from 40 square meters to 10 square meters. The total power reduced from 52.5 kw to 24 kw, and it reduced by 60.38%. The number of workers reduced from 6~8 to 2. In addition, the production efficiency increased from 300~400 kg per hour to 800~900 kg per hour. The resource utilization increased from 60~65% to more than 75%. Furthermore, the bamboo filament was defibered completely and the products quality also reached the national standard requirements. It greatly reduced the cost of producing recombinant bamboo and brought remarkable economic benefit.
