胶合竹层板的应力分级方法
E-rated methods of glued laminated bamboo
【摘要】 使用三点弯曲的方法测试了胶合竹层板不同组坯部位的弯曲弹性模量(MOE),参照胶合木标准AITC-116 2007确定了胶合竹层板的应力分级方法,并对胶合竹层板进行了应力分级。研究结果表明:胶合竹层板的弯曲模量数值均匀,不同位置处的MOE值差异不显著,被测胶合竹层板的MOE值平均为13.5GPa。胶合竹层板的应力等级平均分布在1.9E LAM级和2.0E LAM级。
【Abstract】 This paper tested the bending MOE of different assembly area of glued laminated bamboo with three-point bending method. Refering to standard of the glued laminated timber of ATIC-116 2007, it determined the MOE of E-rated methods of glued laminated bamboo and E-rated glued laminated bamboo. The results show that: the bending MOE value of glued laminated bamboo is uniformity. There is no big difference in different assembly area. The average bending MOE value of glued laminated bamboo is 13.5GPa. The E-rated level of glued laminated bamboo is between 1.9E LAM and 2.0E LAM.
