【摘要】 目的:评价香蓝驱毒颗粒对扁平疣患者外周血T细胞亚群和IL-2的影响。方法:对120例扁平疣患者给予香蓝驱毒颗粒30 g,每日2次,治疗6周。检测治疗前后扁平疣患者外周血T细胞亚群及IL-2水平。结果:治疗前患者外周血CD4~+细胞数为32.25±1.83、CD4~+/CD8~+比值0.79±0.26及IL-2水平为2.24±0.68,治疗后上述3个参数分别为39.89±1.25、1.68±0.21和4.44±0.62,均显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:香蓝驱毒颗粒能增强扁平疣患者的免疫功能及T细胞介导的免疫反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the influence of Xianglan Qudu Keli on the levels of T lymphocyte subsets and IL-2 in peripheral blood of the patients with varruca plana.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with varruca plana were treated with Xianglan Qudu Keli,30 g twice a day for 6 weeks.T lymphocyte subsets and IL-2 level in peripheral blood of patients were detected before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,the CD4~+ cell number was 32.25±1.83,the ratio of CD4/CD8~+ was 0.79±0.26 and the level of IL-2 was 2.24±0.68.After treatment,the CD4~+ cell number was 39.89±1.25,the ratio of CD4/CD8~+ was 1.68±0.21 and the level of IL-2 was 4.44±0.62,which was significantly increased that those before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Xianglan Qudu Keli can enhance cellular immunity and T cell-mediated immune response in the patients with varruca plana.更多还原
