【摘要】 目的:调查浙江省麻风治愈存活者的基本健康状况和影响因素。方法:对浙江省登记在册的全部麻风治愈者,采用人户调查的方法进行问卷调查。结果:麻风治愈存活者中慢性病患病率为59.86%,主要为高血压、胃病、支气管炎、糖尿病和高血脂。影响麻风治愈者健康的主要影响因素是性别、年龄、居住和畸残情况。结论:麻风治愈存活者健康状况差,应加强对麻风治愈者的人文和健康关怀。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the basic health status and the influencing factors for the ex-leprosy patients.Methods:A questionaire was used to collect the information on health status among the registered ex-leprosy patients in the province.Results:The prevalence of chronic disease was 59.9%,mainly including hypertension,gastropathy,bronchitis,osteoarthrosis and diabetes mellitus.Gender,age,inhabitation and disability were the main influencing factors for the health status.Conclusion;The health status among the exleprosy patients is not optimistic.More care,in terms of psychological intervention,rehabilitation and social care,should be strengthened.更多还原
