【摘要】 目的:评价308 nm准分子激光联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗斑块状银屑病的临床疗效。方法:将93例稳定期斑块状银屑病随机分为3组,治疗组(33例)予308nm准分子激光照射,每周2次联合外搽卡泊三醇软膏,每日2次;对照1组(30例)外搽卡泊三醇软膏;对照2组(30例),予308 nm准分子激光照射,方法同治疗组,2个月后判断疗效。结果:治疗组、对照1组和对照2组的有效率分别为90.91%、73.33%、63.33%。3组间疗效比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:308 nm准分子激光联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗斑块状银屑病能更好地提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the efficacy of 308 nm excimer laser and calcipotriol ointment in the treatment of plaque psoriasis.Methods:Ninety-three patients with stable plaque psoriasis were randomly divided into three groups:33 patients were treated with twice-weekly 308 nm excimer laser in a combination of twice-daily calcipotriol ointment(group 1);30 patients were treated with twice-daily calcipotriol ointment(group2);30 patients were treated with twice-weekly 308 nm excimer laser(group 3);clinical assessment of the efficacy was made at the end of two months after the treatment.Results:The efficacy rates of the three groups were 90.91%,73.33%and 63.33%,with a significant difference among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:308 run excimer laser in a combination with calcipotriol ointment is an effective alternative treatment for the patients with plaque psoriasis.更多还原
