【摘要】 目的:评价医用愈肤生物膜联合保湿霜治疗婴幼儿急性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:148例患儿随机分为实验组(74例)和对照组(74例),实验组予医用愈肤生物膜湿敷,对照组予3%硼酸溶液湿敷,两组每天均湿敷2次,每次10~15 min。两组无渗出后实验组外用保湿霜,对照组外用维生素E乳膏。结果:两组有效率分别为86%和65%,差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。结论:医用愈肤生物膜湿敷联合保湿霜治疗婴幼儿急性湿疹有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the therapeutic effect of medical skin healing biological film(MSHBF)combined with moisturizer on infantile acute eczema.Methods:One hundred and eight patients with infantile acute eczema were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(74 cases) and the control group(74 cases).In the treatment group MSHBF was applied,15 rain per time,twice a day.In control group 3%borric acid solutio was used.After exudation of lesions was controlled,moisturizer was used in the treatment group and Vitamin E cream was used in the control group.Results;After 7 days of the treatment the effective rates in the two groups were 86.49%and 64.86%respectively,with a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:MSHBF in a combination of moisturizer is effective in the treatment of infantile acute eczema.更多还原
