【摘要】 目的探讨导致视神经挫伤的原因及有效的治疗方法。方法全身应用大剂量皮质类固醇冲击3d,并加用血管扩张剂及神经营养剂,经筛窦视神经管减压术后3个月观察。对治疗结果进行分析。结果视力无提高2例,无光感~0.06患者13例,无光感~0.1患者4例,无光感~0.3患者5例,无光感~0.6患者1例。结论视神经挫伤应早期及时药物联合手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the reasons leading to the optic nerve contusion and effective treatmentmethods.Methods The 3 days systemic impact of high-dose corticosteroids associated with vasodilator agents and neurotrophic agents and observation of the ethmoidal optic nerve decompression surgery after 3 months was conducted.The results after treatment were analyzed.Results The visual acuity of two patients was not improved,the visual acuity of 13 patients was from no light to 0.06,the visual acuity of 4 cases was from no light to 0.1,the visual acuity of 5 patients wasfrom no light to 0.3 and the visual acuity of 1 case was from no light to 0.6.Conclusion Optic nerve contusion drugs incombination with an early and timely surgical treatment is the best choice.更多还原
