【摘要】 目的分析改良Alvarado评分系统在急性阑尾炎中的应用价值以及与术后病理结果的相关性。方法采用整群抽样的方法回顾性分析1208例急性阑尾炎患者住院资料,应用改良Alvarado评分标准进行急性阑尾炎的诊断;比较评分结果与术后病理的一致性,计算灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值。结果以7分作为分界值,改良Alvarado评分系统的灵敏度是74.4%,特异度是52.4%,阳性预测值为72.2%,阴性预测值为55.2%。评分系统与病理分级成正相关关系(P<0.001)。结论改良Alvarado评分系统对急性阑尾炎的诊断有一定价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of modified Alvarado score system for the diagnosis of acute appendicitis and its correlation with postoperative pathologic results.Methods Clinical data from 1208 patients,who had undergone an emergency appendicectomy was retrospectively collected.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and its correlation with postoperative pathologic results of the modified Alvarado score system were calculated.Results The optimal cut-off score was 7,with a sensitivity of74.4%,a specificity of 52.4%,a positive predictive value of 72.2%and an negative predictive value of 55.2%.Rating score and pathological parting into positive correlation(P <0.001).Conclusion This modified Alvarado score system is used effectively for supporting the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.更多还原
