Objective:To investigate the effects of Tongfu Liqi Decoction on small intestine movement in vitro and in vivo.Methods:We observed pharmacological effects about the movement of small intestine,defecation time and quantity through comparative experimental studies.Results:The results showed that the small intestinal propulsion rate can be significantly improved at high doses.At the same time,the first defecation time can be shortened and defecation quantity can be increased for constipation model mice.Conclus...
