【摘要】 目的:评价我院中药注射剂使用频度与临床应用状况。方法:对2010—2013年我院中药注射剂使用情况进行分析,并对2013年全年的中药注射剂的用药频度DDDs、用药金额等进行统计、分析。结果:我院活血类药物用药金额最大,在排名前10的药物中,DDC经济效益总体较高。DDC偏低的中药注射剂普遍存在不合理用药的现象。结论:我院中药注射剂存在不合理应用现象,应当加强药物应用监督,促进中药注射剂安全、有效、经济适用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the status quo of Chinese medicine injection using frequency and clinical application in our hospital.Methods:During 2010—2013,the usage of TCM injections were analyzed,and injection drug use frequency of DDDs of the full year 2013 was statistically and respectively analyzed.Result:The sum of money to invigorate the circulation of drugs was the biggest.In the top 10 drugs,DDC had the overall high economic benefits.DDC on the low side of the phenomenon of excessive abuse of TCM injections was widespread.Conclusion:Our TCM injections has unreasonable phenomenon.We should strengthen the drug supervision and promote the traditional Chinese medicine injection’s safety,effect and economic advantages.更多还原
