【摘要】 目的:用高效液相色谱法建立豫产道地金银花指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用ODS色谱柱,流动相为乙腈、混合酸梯度洗脱,检测波长为243 nm。结果:标示出金银花19个共有色谱峰。结论:金银花中各成分均得到很好分离,可作为豫产道地金银花的专属指纹图谱。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the fingerprint menthod of Lonicera japonica Thunb.from Henan genniu.Method:The HPLC method was used.The chromatography conditions were ODS column,acetonitrile as the mobile phase A,a mixed acid solution as the mobile phase B,gradient elution.Detectice wavelength was 243 nm.Result:The result shouwed that 19 peaks were common.Conclusion:The various components of Lonicera japonica Thunb.from Henan genuine were well isolated,which can serve as the specific fingerprint chromatography.更多还原
