【摘要】 目的 :验证益安感冒胶囊对上呼吸道感染的疗效,并对其安全性作出客观评价。方法 :本设计方案采用安慰剂平行对照、分层随机、双盲观察上呼吸道感染患者共64例,其中试验组32例,对照组32例;试验组:益安感冒胶囊口服,1次4粒,1日3次,连续用药3 d。对照组:安慰剂胶囊口服,1次4粒,1日3次,连续用药3 d。结果 :临床总体疗效比较:试验组愈显率81.25%;对照组愈显率18.75%。中医症候疗效比较:试验组愈显率81.25%;对照组愈显率12.50%。益安感冒胶囊治疗上呼吸道感染(外感风热证)及改善中医证候方面的疗效显著,明显优于安慰剂组,二者间有显著的统计学差别(P<0.0001)。结论 :益安感冒胶囊临床疗效确切,未发现明显毒副反应,优于安慰剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yi’an Ganmao Capsule in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection. Methods :A placebo parallel control,randomized,double-blind clinical trial was carried out on 64 patients. The trial group(32 cases)was given Yi’an Ganmao Capsule,3 times per day(4 tablets per time)with the course of 3 days. While the control group(32 cases)was given placebo orally,3 times per day(4 tablets per time)with the course of 3 days. Results :The total clinical effective rate was 81.25% in the trial group and 18.75% in the control group. Compared the syndrome efficacy of TCM,the rate was 81.25% in the trial group and 12.50% in the control group. It had significant effect of Yi’an Ganmao Capsule in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection(wind-heat-induced syndrome) on clinical syndrome,and the difference was statistically significant between the groups(P<0.0001). Conclusion :The clinical efficacy of Yi’an Ganmao Capsule was sure,and no evident side effects were found, and it was superior to placebo.更多还原
