【摘要】 目的 :建立白及组培苗移栽方法。方法 :以4个类型的白及组培苗、2种栽培基质为试验材料,统计移栽成活率和初期生长情况。结果 :无块茎的白及组培苗不能成活,直接移栽于大田中与人工基质中的组培苗成活率基本一致。结论 :白及组培苗质量好坏是由组培苗的块茎大小决定的,块茎越大成活率越高。透气又保水的移栽基质有利于白及组培苗的成活。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To optimize the transplanting method of tissue culture seedlings in Bletilla striata. Methods :Four kinds of its tissue culture seedings and two methods of culture mediums were used to analyse transplantation survival rate and initial growth state. Results :The tissue culture seedings of no tubers cannot survive. The survival rates were consistent basically in taejon and in artifical culture mediums. Conclusion :The quality of tissue culture seeding was determined by its size of tuber. The culture medium of gas permeation and water holding was conducive to survival of tissue culture seedings.更多还原
