基于适合度的普通群体基因型频率演变的非线性离散系统
The Discrete-Time Nonlinear Systems of the Change in Genotype of the General Population by Means of Fitness
【摘要】 把适合度量化为一个普通群体产生的下一代达到性成熟的不同基因型的相对比例。推算出普通群体的某世代中活到性成熟的3种基因型所占的比例。它们逐代演变规律正好用一个非线性离散系统来表示。
【Abstract】 The quantified fitness is turned into relative proportions aboutoffspring in general population to be sexual maturity. The proportions of three genotypes with sexual maturity are deduced in general population in any generation. The discrete-time nonlinear systems of the change in genotype of the general populationby means of fitness are deducted.
