显微镜下颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血疗效分析

【摘要】 目的对显微镜下颅内血肿清除术在高血压脑出血治疗中具有的临床效果进行探究。方法选取120例确诊为高血压脑出血的患者作为研究对象。将患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用显微镜下颅内血肿清除术进行治疗,而对照组则采用常规治疗。对患者治疗前、治疗后1周、2周和1个月时分别进行检查,记录血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和血清NSE,确定血肿和周围组织水肿程度,同时用斯堪的那维亚卒中量表(SSS)对患者进行评分。结果研究组在治疗后1周、2周和1个月时的血肿和周围组织水肿程度、血清IL-6和血清NSE含量均小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2周和4周时研究组的SSS评估显著高于对照组(P<0.05),1周时差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论显微镜下颅内血肿清除术具有优越的临床效果,并发症概率低,对患者脑损伤小,术后恢复快。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of the removal of intracranial hematoma microscopically in treating patients of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 120 patients aged 48 ~ 76 years old and diagnosed with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected. The patients were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. The experimental group was treated with the removal of intracranial hematoma microscopically while the control group was treated with conventional therapy. The serum levels of interleukin-6 and NSE,the volume of hematoma and edema were observed before and after one,two and four weeks of the treatment. The patients were evaluated with Scandinavian Stroke Scale( SSS). Results The serum levels of interleukin-6 and NSE were significantly lower than those of control group( P < 0. 05),so were the volume of hematoma and edema after one,two and four weeks of the treatment. The SSS result of experimental group was much higher than that of control group after two weeks of treatment( P < 0. 05) while that was not obvious after one and four week. Conclusion The removal of intracranial hematoma microscopically has greatly clinical effectiveness for the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. The complication rate is low and the patients suffer smaller brain damage and recover much faster.
