【摘要】 目的通过HPLC建立一种快速、有效的溴敌隆含量检测方法。方法分别采用甲醇、乙醇和丙酮提取血液检材中的溴敌隆,通过改变萃取溶剂,考察回收率,使用HPLC检测,比较提取效果。结果本法检测生物检材中的溴敌隆,在1~100μg/mL时线性关系良好(相关系数R2=0.9973);甲醇、乙醇和丙酮提取的加标平均回收率分别为78.5%,83.5%和77.9%。结论本方法快速、有效,改进了生物检材中溴敌隆含量检测的法医毒物分析方法,也可应用于中毒病人的早期诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a rapid and effective method for determining the content of bromadialone in blood,investigating the recovery to obtain the best treatment condition during changing the extraction solvents. Methods Using the methanol,ethanol and acetone to extract the bromadialone in blood samples respectively,and then compared the results of extraction by HPLC. Results Under the conditions of this method,the good linear relationship was obtained in the range of 1 ~ 100 μg /mL( R2=0. 9973); the average recoveries of extraction with methanol,ethanol and acetone were 78. 5%,83. 5% and77. 9% respectively. Conclusion This method is rapid and effective for the detection of bromadialone and the improvement for the forensic toxicology analysis of bromadialone in biological samples,and also can be used for the early diagnosis of poisoning patients.更多还原
