【Abstract】 In the process of transformation from radio and television universities to open universities,the construction of teaching culture has a core position and a fundamental role.The philosophy and model of open universities determine that the construction of teaching culture in open universities should be characterized by "share", "practice", "interaction", " specialness" and "support".In order to construct the teaching culture in open universities,the following three aspects should be conducted,i.e.firstly,teaching idea that complies with the open university should be formed,secondly,the teacher development should be motivated,and thirdly the effective use of digital learning resources should be promoted.更多还原
