HPLC法测定哮喘颗粒中苦杏仁苷的含量

【摘要】 目的建立HPLC法测定哮喘颗粒中苦杏仁苷的含量。方法采用Agilent C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-1%磷酸水(21∶79);流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:210 nm。结果苦杏仁苷的线性范围为0.161 4~3.228μg,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为99.02%,RSD=0.81%。结论该方法简便、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of amygdalin in asthma granules.Methods The procedure of HPLC was performed on the chromatographic column of Agilent C18( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase consisted of methanol-1% phosphoric acid water( 21 ∶ 79). The flowrate was l m L / min and detection wave length was 210 nm. Results Amygdalin showed good linear relationship in the range of 0. 161 4 ~3. 228 μg,and the average recovery rate was 99. 02%,RSD = 0. 81%. Conclusion The established method is simple,accurate,and it can be used for quality control of asthma granules.
