【摘要】 目的观察化浊通脉散对ASO家兔IL-1表达的影响,并对其发生机制进行初步探讨。方法50只新西兰家兔以高脂饮食和股动脉球囊扩张后建立ASO动物模型,随机分为5组,即正常组(A)、模型组(B)、化浊通脉散组(C)、西洛他唑组(D)、通塞脉片组(E)。各组分别测定药物干预前后总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,实验结束后应用RT-PCR方法检测IL-1的表达。结果与模型组比较,化浊通脉散组ASO家兔IL-1表达显著降低(P<0.01),TC、TG、LDL-C等亦降低(P<0.01),但HDL-C未出现明显升高。结论化浊通脉散具有降脂作用,能显著降低IL-1的表达,可保护动脉血管内膜,延缓动脉粥样硬化形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Huazhuo Tongmai Powder on expression of IL-1 of ASO rabbit and explore the mechanism. Methods The ASO was reproduced in 50 New Zealand rabbits with high fat diet and femoral artery balloon injury. The rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups:Normal group( A),High fat diet group(B),Huazhuo Tongmai Powder group(C),Cilostazol group(D) and Tongmaiyin Pill group(E). The level of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were determined before and after drug intervention. The expression of IL-1 was measured with RT-PCR. Results Huazhuo Tongmai Powder could significantly decrease the expression of IL-1 of ASO rabbit( P <0. 01),and decrease the level of TC,TG and LDL-C(P < 0. 01),but there was no significant difference in the level of HDL-C between the two groups. Conclusion Huazhuo Tongmai Powder can decrease serum lipids and the expression of IL-1. It can protect artery intima and prevent arteriosclerosis obliterans.更多还原
