【摘要】 目的观察多抗甘露聚糖肽胶囊对慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效,并探讨其机制。方法共计198例慢性荨麻疹患者纳入本研究,随机分为对照组98例与干预组100例。所有患者均给予抗炎、抗组胺等常规治疗。干预组在上述治疗的基础上加用多抗甘露聚糖肽胶囊。采用荨麻疹活动性评分(UAS)评估患者症状体征,评价其临床疗效;同时检测血清TNF-α与IgE水平。结果对照组总有效率81.6%,干预组总有效率93.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过治疗后,两组患者风团数目、瘙痒程度、UAS评分均有所下降(P<0.01),血清TNF-α与IgE水平降低(P<0.01),但干预组显现出更好的疗效(P<0.05)。结论多抗甘露聚糖肽胶囊通过降低体内的炎症介质明显改善患者的临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of anti-sensitive capsules on chronic urticaria,and to discuss its mechanism. Methods 198 chronic urticaria patients w ere enrolled and divided into control group( n = 98)and intervention group( n = 100). All the patients received the conventional treatments,including anti-inflammatory,antihistamine. In addition,the intervention group received the anti-sensitive capsules. The signs,symptoms w ere recorded based on Urticaria Activity Score( USA) for evaluating the clinical efficacy. Serum levels of TNF-α and IgE w ere measured. Results The total effective rate of control group and intervention group w ere 81. 6% and 93. 0% respectively,there w as significant difference betw een the tw o groups( P < 0. 05).
