土工布渗透仪温度监控系统

【摘要】 在测量土工布水平渗透系数时,为了减小因水温变化引起的测量误差,设计了水温监控系统。利用单片机控制DS18B20对温度信号进行采集并通过串口与PC机进行通信,上位机利用Visual basic6.0开发温度监控系统界面,实现显示温度、绘制曲线、数据库管理等操作功能,以及在温度超限时做出报警,并利用继电器开关启动升降温设备实现温度的控制。通过实验室模拟水温测量,可以达到预定的精度0.01℃。并能实现数据库连接、查询、显示、绘制曲线等功能。该系统基本满足渗透系数测试时,对水温实现稳定可靠、精度较高、抗干扰能力较强的控制要求。

【Abstract】 Water temperature monitoring system is designed for measuring the geotextile horizontal permeability and reducing the measuring error caused by temperature change. By using MCU controlled DS18B20 to collect temperature signals and communicating via a serial port with a PC, this design implements operating functions such as temperature displaying, curve drawing, database managing, temperature alarming, temperature controlling with heating and cooling equipment started by relay ℃switch. The predetermined precision of 0.01 can be achieved through laboratory simulation temperature measurement, and other functions will also be realized such as database connection, query, display, curve drawing, etc. This system will meet the preliminary requirements of a stable, reliable, and precise water temperature control with strong anti-interference ability.
