【摘要】 目的通过对慢性心力衰竭患者血清中胰岛素样生长因子(insulin-like growth factor,IGF)-1及其相关结合蛋白的浓度测定,研究IGF-1及其相关结合蛋白对慢性心力衰竭的影响。方法选取2012年6月至2013年12月江西省人民医院心内科慢性心力衰竭患者184例,按纽约心脏病协会心功能分级分为3组(心功能Ⅱ级组、Ⅲ级组和Ⅳ级组),并选取正常人群63例作为对照组,测定其血清总IGF-1,游离IGF-1(Free IGF-1)、IGF结合蛋白(insulin-like growth factor-binding protein,IGFBP)-1,IGFBP-3浓度。对各组数据进行统计学分析,比较各组之间的血清总IGF-1,Free IGF-1、IGFBP-1,IGFBP-3浓度差异。结果心功能Ⅳ级组血清总IGF-1,Free IGF-1,IGFBP-3浓度明显高于心功能Ⅲ级组,心功能Ⅲ级组血清总IGF-1,Free IGF-1,IGFBP-3浓度明显高于心功能Ⅱ级组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清IGF-1浓度随着慢性心力衰竭患者心功能变差而升高,说明IGF-1对患者心功能的恢复可能有明显的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To explore the effect of insulin-like growth factor(IGF)-1, IGF-binding protein(IGFBP)concentrations in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Totally 184 patients with chronic heart failure in Jiangxi Provincial People’s Hospital from June 2012 to December 2013 and 63 healthy people were collected. The 184 patients were divided into three groups(class Ⅱ group, class Ⅲ group and class IV group) according to New York Heart Association functional classification. The 63 healthy people were in control group. IGF-1, free IGF-1, IGFBP-1 and IGFBP-3 concentrations of all the groups were measured and compared. Results Total IGF-1, free IGF-1 and IGFBP-3concentrations in class IV group were significantly higher than those in class III group,while total IGF-1, free IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 concentrations in class III group were significantly higher than those in class II group(P<0.01). Conclusions Serum concentration of IGF-1 elevats when cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure is worse, and it can obviously promote cardiac rehabilitation for the patients.更多还原
