【Abstract】 This article studies the possibility of extracting resveratrol from polygonum cuspidatum by microwave method.Through orthogonal experiment,the article analyzes the influence of microwave power,ethanol concentration,ratio of material to solvent and extraction time,on the extraction effects.In the end,the article determines the optimal condition of extraction technology is as follow:the microwave power is 700 W,ethanol concentration is 70%,ratio of material to solvent is 1:20and the extraction time is 20 min.更多还原
