高冷凝温度下两级喷射式制冷系统研究

【摘要】 提出了一种利用汽车尾气所含的高温余热作为驱动热源的喷射式制冷系统,并搭建了试验台进行试验。为适应实际工况中较高的冷凝温度,两级串联喷射器被应用在本系统中。为了能有效使用如汽车尾气中的高温余热,本系统选用水作为制冷工质。喷射系统在发生温度150℃,冷凝温度54℃,蒸发温度13℃的工作情况下进行设计。并在设计的基础上在不同工况下运行。试验比较了发生温度在130~150℃区间变化,蒸发温度由13~30℃变化时COP的变化情况。试验结果可初步表明两级喷射式制冷系统可以在高冷凝温度条件下进行工作,但效率并不理想,喷射式系统在余热充足的特定场合中的使用有一定的前景。

【Abstract】 To use waste heat to produce cooling power,atwo-stage jet-refrigeration cycle is presented. Experiment has taken out to discuss whether this cycle is efficient under high condensing pressure. Pure water is used as refrigerant in this system. A twostage ejector is designed for a working condition of generating temperature at 150℃,condensing temperature at 54℃ and evaporating temperature at 13℃. Toinvestigate the relationship between working conditions and the efficiency of the system. The COPs of the systemis tested underdesign and off-design operating conditionswheregenerating temperature varies from 130℃ to 150℃ while condensing temperature is fixed to 54℃. The result shows that to obtain a higher working efficiency,a 150℃ generating temperature is necessary. Two-stage ejection system’s performance is better than a single stage system for desired evaporating temperature. However,the COP of the system is still not high enough thus further investigation should be taken out in the future.
