【摘要】 针对苜蓿营养期、孕蕾期、初花期、盛花期和结实期不同生育期采集的鲜样对其粗蛋白质、可溶性碳水化合物、粗脂肪、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤木质素以及pH值、缓冲能和植株体表附着的乳酸菌数青贮指标进行分析与综合评定。结果显示:若以调制干草形式贮存苜蓿,盛花期刈割为宜;以青贮的方式贮存苜蓿则初花期刈割较佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 In different growth stages,the indicators of crude protein,water soluble carbohydrate,crude fat,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber and acid detergent lignin included in alfalfa are different;also,the pH,buffering capacity and the number of the lactic acid bacteria clinging to alfalfa appear different.We analyzed the overall evaluation to the above indicators of the fresh alfalfa collected in vegetation stage,bud stage,early blooming stage,full blooming stage and seed bearing stage,respectively.The result showed that:the alfalfa mowed in full blooming stage suited to be stored in a way of drying in the sun;while those mowed in early blooming stage suited to be stored in a way of ensilage.更多还原
