【摘要】 研究以20nm为单位测试赤拟谷盗在300nm~800nm单色光波下的趋光性以及在固定波长下对不同光强度的反应,并设置了无光源条件下的空白处理(CK)作对照,计算趋光值。结果表明,赤拟谷盗对不同波长的光波有不同程度的趋光反应,对不同光强度的光波也有不同的反应。光波在500nm、光强度0.05Lux时赤拟谷盗对光的趋性最明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 The phototaxis behavior of Tribolium castaneum to different wavelength of monochromatic light from300 nm to 800 nm with 20 nm as unit was studied in this paper.The behavior response of T.castaneumto different light intensity from 0.05 Lux to 10 Lux under 500 nm wavelength was also studied with blank no light as control.The results showed that the values of phototaxis of T.castaneumto different wavelength were significantly difference(P<0.05).The behavior responses of T.castaneumto different light intensity were also different.The phototaxis of T.castaneumto 500 nm wavelength and the 0.05 Lux was most significant among all the wave length and intensity.更多还原
