【摘要】 目的:观察溃疡散对肛瘘挂线术后创面愈合的影响。方法:将62例患者按入组先后顺序分为两组。对照组31例采用常规西医换药处理,观察组31例在对照组基础上加用溃疡散。结果:观察组和对照组痊愈率分别为87.09%、77.42%,总有效率分别为96.77%、93.55%;组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组2例患者切口出现感染。观察组创面愈合时间、渗液减少时间、脓腐消失时间和每次换药时间均少于对照组;组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后48 h和72 h VAS评分均少于对照组,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗期间和治疗结束后1个月内均未见明显不良反应。结论:在肛瘘术后常规换药的同时加用溃疡散有助于创面的恢复,临床疗效优于单纯西药换药治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe effect of Ulcer Powder on the treatment of anal fistula hang line of postoperative wound healing.Methods: 62 patients according to the group order were divided into two groups. Control group had 31 cases and took conventional western medicine treatment processing,while the observation group had 31 cases and added Ulcer Powder on the basis of the control group. Results: The observation group and control group cure rate was respectively 87. 09%,77. 42%,and the total effective rate was96. 77%,93. 55%. Compared differences between groups,there were no statistical significance( P > 0. 05). 2 patients of control group had incision infection. Observation group’ s wound healing time,reduced drainage time,pus corruption disappear time and treatment time were less than those of the control group.
