【摘要】 目的研究分析现代医学中,影响剖宫产率上升的主要因素及其对手术进行指征分析。方法选取珠海市某区2008~2012年近5年来的孕妇作为研究对象,调查其中剖宫产的孕妇的不同因素。对其临床资料进行历史性回顾,对孕妇的手术指征实施对比,对相关结果进行统计分析。结果 5年来珠海市的剖宫产率发生了很大的变化,孕妇的剖宫产率从最低的27.90%上升到53.66%,在2012年有一定的下降趋势。其中因为社会原因引起的剖宫产因素最高,其次是瘢痕子宫、胎儿宫内窘迫、胎位异常、骨产道异常、产力异常等等。结论在指针列表中,社会因素占22.3%,瘢痕子宫占15.7%,临床上降低患者的社会因素、减少子宫瘢痕是降低剖宫产率的主要方法,值得临床上推广。更多还原
