【Abstract】 Dairy cow mastitis is a relative common and influential disease that brought serious economic loss to animal husbandry and food industry. The traditional antibiotic treatment method is controversial for the clinical broad-spectrum drug resistance and drug residues. Therefore, exploration of the new treatment is imminent. Biological agents such as Chinese herbal medicine, vaccine are paied great attention because of their advantages.
