【Abstract】 Middle cerebral artery aneurysm is one of common intracranial aneurysms. Because of the special anatomy of the middle cerebral artery, the symptoms and prognosis of patient with ruptured aneurysm at this location are worse than the other supratentorial aneurysms...With the continuous development of interventional treatment technology,..endovascular detachable coil embolization has increasingly become the preferred treatment modality for intracranial aneurysms in many medical centers of the world.
