【摘要】 目的:探讨前列地尔联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病足的临床效果和安全性。方法:将2009年1月至2012年12月收治的糖尿病足患者101例随机分为对照组(n=49)和治疗组(n=52),对照组予以严格控制血糖、血压、清创、改善循环、抗感染等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用前列地尔10 ug加入生理盐水100 ml中静脉滴注,每日一次,硫辛酸300 mg加入生理盐水250 ml中静脉滴注,每日一次,2周为一疗程,比较2疗程后两组的临床疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率92.3%(48/52)明显高于对照组的67.4%(33/49),P<0.01;两组均未发现明显毒副作用。结论:在常规治疗的基础上,加用前列地尔和硫辛酸治疗糖尿病足能提高疗效,且无明显副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety patients with diabetic foot treated adjunetively by alprostadil combined with lipoic acid.Methods:101 patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into the control group(n=49) and the treatment group(n=52).The patients in the control group were treated by routine treatments,such as the strict control of blood glucose,blood pressure,debridement,improving circulation,anti-infection and so on.The patients in the treatment group was added with alprestadil(alprostadil 10 ug plus Normal saline 100 ml intravenously,once a day)and lipoic acid(lipoic acid 300 mg plus Normal saline 250 ml intravenously,once a day),one course of treatment including two weeks.The clinical effect and the side effect were compared between the two groups after thee two courses.Results:The total effective rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group[92.3%(48/52) & 67.4%(33/49)],P<0.01.There was no obvious toxic and side effect between the two groups.Conclusion:Alprostadil combined with lipoic acid in the assistant-treatment of patients with diabetic foot can effectively improve the clinical effect and without obviousside effects.更多还原
