【摘要】 目的:探讨应用泼尼松龙、复方异丙托溴胺与抗生素类药物联合治疗的方法对急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床效果和安全性。方法:将2010年10月至2012年12月收治的急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者86例随机分为对照组和治疗组各43例,对照组按急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用泼尼松龙、复方异丙托溴胺治疗,比较两组临床疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗组临床效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组肺功能的改善幅度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);且治疗组未出现明显的不良反应。结论:应用泼尼松龙、复方异丙托溴胺与抗生素类药物联合治疗急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床效果好,且无明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of patients with acute stage of chronic obstructive puhnonary disease treated by Prednisolone compound Ipratropium Bromide Amine and antibiotics.Methods:86 patients with acute aggravating extraction in period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into control group(n = 43) and treatment group(n = 43) from Oct 2010 to Dec 2012.Control group was treated by clinical routine therapy according the patients with acute stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,while the treatment group was treated by Prednisolone and compound Ipratropium Bromide Amine on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect and side effect were compared between the two groups.Results;The clinical effect and the improve amplitude of lung function index after the treatment in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(both P <0.05),and there was no significant adverse reactions in the treatment group.Conclusion:There are of good clinical effect and little side reaction application of patients with acute stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated by Prednisolone,compound Ipratropium Bromide Amine and antibiotics.更多还原
