【摘要】 社会转型形势下,高校学生群体性事件时有发生,深刻影响了高校的和谐稳定发展。高校现有化解学生群体性事件的机制存在诸多缺陷,导致其实效性较差。随着群体性事件法律化解机制方面的研究日益完善和依法治校进程的推进,将法治路径引入高校学生群体性事件的治理也必将取得实效。高校应转变管理观念和模式,以学生为本,确立通畅的校生协商机制,重视学生的利益表达,完善校内申诉等学生权利救济途径,有效化解高校学生群体性事件,构建和谐校园。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the situation of the social transformation,the happening of the college students ’ mass incidents profoundly affected the harmony,stability and development of the colleges. There are many defects on the present resolution mechanisms of the college mass incidents, and its effect is poor. As the research on resolution mechanism of ruling of law of the mass incidents are more perfect than ever,and as the advancement of the management of college of ruling of law,the management of ruling of law on the mass incidents of college students will obtain actual effects. Colleges and universities should change the concept and mode of management, orient students to establish unblocked consultation mechanism between college and students,attach importance to students’ interests expression,improve the remedies of students’ rights especially the appeal in college, effectively resolve the college students’ mass incidents, construct a harmonious campus.更多还原
