【摘要】 介绍了在5083合金中使用中间合金与使用添加剂的工艺流程,并对两种工艺生产的5083合金铸锭进行质量全分析。通过对比研究,确定出使用中间合金与添加剂生产的5083合金铸锭在成分偏析、微观组织及力学性能等方面并无明显差异,板材力学性能满足标准,并确定出合理的成分范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technical process using master alloy and additives in 5083 alloys were introduced. Quality of production process of 5083 aluminium alloy ingot by the two processes were analyzed. Through comparative study, no significant difference was determined in the composition segregation, microstructure and mechanical properties etc. for 5083 alloy ingots produced using master alloy and additives. Mechanical properties of materials can meet the standard. Reasonable composition was determined.更多还原
