【Abstract】 The teachers’ professional attainment qualities and the research capabilities in higher education decide the colleges’ core competitiveness,which is closely linked with teachers’ life-long learning,continuous research and habitual reflection.Sharing&Improving Online Learning Community was constructed based on the above ideas.The tenet of this community is to share excellent resources and fulfill self-improvement.Its operation mechanism is composed of three parts:the multiple and divergent interaction mechanism,the resources sharing mechanism,and the problem discussion mechanism.This new type of online cooperation learning can urge English teachers to conduct timely introspection,to make the contrast scientifically,and to arrive at creative thinking,which is to penetrate into learning process and teaching practice so as to obtain the new knowledge and step into a fresh frontier of research.更多还原
