【摘要】 采用文献资料法和实地调研法,对河南省新农村体育文化建设过程中存在的问题及其动力机制进行了深入研究和分析。结果表明,新农村体育文化建设在发展思路、前进方向、组织管理和物质保障等方面还存在一定问题。河南省新农村体育文化建设的动力机制在宏观和中观层面主要表现为国家政策和产业发展的需要,在微观层面主要表现为农村体育文化自身结构和功能的传承创新。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper,by the method of literature and on-the-spot investigation,is an in-depth research and analysis of the problem and its power mechanism in the process of the construction of new rural sports culture in Henan Province. The results show that some problems,such as the development of ideas,direction,organization management and material security etc. still exist in the construction of new rural sports culture. The power mechanism of the construction of new rural sports culture in Henan Province,in the macro and meso level,is mainly for the need of national policies and industry development,and at the micro level,mainly for the rural sports culture inheritance and innovation of its structure and function.更多还原
