关于GB/T 228.1-2010对拉伸速率要求一致性的分析
Consistency Analysis on Requirements of Tensile Rate of GB/T 228.1-2010
【摘要】 在拉伸试验中,关于如何执行GB/T 228.1-2010中的"方法 A",如何计算考虑试验机系统的柔度后估算的横梁位移速率,在理解和贯彻GB/T 228.1-2010过程中存在不同的看法,为此围绕该方面进行了深入的分析及探讨,以保证测试技术的统一性与一致性,更好地贯彻执行GB/T 228.1-2010中的"方法 A"。
【Abstract】 During the tensile test,about how to adopt"Method A"of GB/T 228.1-2010and how to calculate the estimated crosshead separation rate after considering compliance of the testing machine system,there had different views during process of understanding and implementing GB/T 228.1-2010.So thorough analysis and discussion were carried out to ensure the uniformity and consistency of the testing technology and to better implement"Method A"of GB/T 228.1-2010.
