聚2,6-二氨基-4,5,6,7-四氢苯并噻唑修饰玻碳电极伏安法测定多巴胺和尿酸
Voltammetric Determination of Dopamine and Uric Acid with Poly 2,6-diamino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzothiazole Modified Glassy Carbon Electrode
【摘要】 将经过抛光、清洗的GCE置于1mmol·L-1 2,6-二氨基-4,5,6,7-四氢苯并噻唑(DATHBT)溶液中,用循环伏安法以0.05V·s-1扫描速率在-0.6~2.0V电位范围内循环扫描15圈,制得PDATHBT薄膜修饰的玻碳电极(PDATHBT/GCE)。试验表明:该修饰电极对多巴胺(DA)和尿酸(UA)的电极反应具有催化作用,而且使原来在裸GCE上产生的DA和UA重叠的氧化峰分开成为两个独立的灵敏氧化峰,其氧化峰电流与DA和UA的浓度分别在0.1~100μmol·L-1和2~1 000μmol·L-1之间呈线性关系,两者的检出限(3S/N)依次为0.05,0.2μmol·L-1。加标回收率在97.0%~100%之间(DA)和96.5%~110%之间(UA),测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于3.5%。
【Abstract】 Polished and cleaned GCE was placed into 1 mmol· L-1 2,6-diamino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzothiazole(DATHBT)solution,and treated by CV for 15 cycles at a rate of 0.05V·s-1 in the potential range of-0.6Vto 2.0Vto prepare poly DATHBT membrane modified GCE(PDATHBT/GCE).It was found that catalytic oxidation of dopamine(DA)and uric acid(UA)was observed at this modified electrode,and 2clearly separated and sensitive oxidation peaks of DA and UA were found,while in contrast to the bare GCE,overlapped peaks of DA and UA were obtained.Linear relationships between values of the oxidation peak current and concentration of DA and UA were found in the ranges of 0.1-100μmol·L-1 and 2-1 000μmol·L-1 respectively with detection limits(3S/N)of 0.05μmol·L-1 for DA and 0.2μmol·L-1 for UA.Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the ranges of 97.0%-100% for DA and 96.5%-110% for UA with RSD′s(n=6)all less than 3.5%.
