【Abstract】 In order to seek the referential realistic meaning and arouse strong echo of "people oriented" thoughts based on the roots acquaintance of existentialism and humanism,this article elaborate the relationship and interaction between them after analyzing the thoughts and features of the existential psychology and humanistic psychology.
