多聚磷酸酸化甲酸钠制取高浓度甲酸实验研究
Experimental research on high-concentration formic acid production from PPA and sodium formate
【摘要】 研究以黄磷尾气制取的甲酸钠与多聚磷酸反应制取高浓度甲酸的工艺,得到了较适宜的反应条件:n(H3PO4)/n(Na COOH)为1.2,反应温度为105℃,反应时间为3 h。得到的产品甲酸质量分数高于国家标准优级品指标。此工艺是一条处理黄磷尾气进行深加工的经济可行的路线。
【Abstract】 The production process of high-concentration formic acid from PPA and sodium formate which isproduced from phosphorus exhaust is studied,the optimal reaction conditions are obtained as follows:themolar ratio of H3PO4 to Na COOH of 1.2,reaction temperature of 105 ℃,reaction time of 3 h.Theconcentration of product formic acid is higher than that of national standard premium grade.This is aneconomically viable way for deep processing of phosphorus exhaust.
