【Abstract】 During the Yan′an period when he was Minister of the CPC Central Committee Organization,Chen Yun trained a large number of application-oriented cadres and this alleviated the critical shortage of all kinds of cadres.He strengthened education and training of application-oriented cadres from three aspects:political qualities,professional skills,and practical abilities.Moreover,he enriched and developed Mao Zedong′s cadre theory and policy.更多还原
