基于ANSYS的汽车起重机伸缩臂滑块结构的优化设计
Optimal Design of the Structure of Telescopic Slider of Truck Crane Based on ANSYS
【摘要】 分析伸缩臂滑块的几何结构对汽车起重机的影响,以某型号汽车起重机伸缩臂滑块所承受的实际载荷为基础,通过改变滑块的外形结构,利用ansys软件对其进行有限元分析,结果表明:结构优化前后滑块总体位移由0.2661mm变为0.1212mm;等效应力由55.76Mpa变为52.12Mpa,说明优化后滑块的刚度和抵抗破坏能力都有所增加,提高了起重机的工作效率和安全系数。
【Abstract】 Based on the actual load of telescopic boom slider of a certain type truck crane,this article analyzes the influence of the geometrical structure of the slider telescopic on truck crane.By changing the shape of the structure of the slider,it carries out a finite element analysis via ANSYS.The results show that the optimization of the structure of sliding block before and after the overall displacement has changed from 0.2661 mm to 0.1212 mm,the equivalent stress has changed from 55.76 Mpa to 55.76 Mpa,which shows that the optimized stiffness of the slider and the ability to resist damage were both increased,the work efficiency and safety coefficient of the crane were improved.
