【Abstract】 Since ancient times,sports are closely linked with people ’s lives. However,under the background of modern school physical education and life alienation,schools ignore building the atmosphere of sports life and the development of campus sports culture activities,which makes students lack the choice of living sports,depart from the real meaning of sports for life.Therefore,the sports life becomes the development trend of modern school sports.
