【摘要】 目前新建地方本科院校在实验室建设上存在资源配置不合理、管理滞后以及资源浪费的问题。新建地方本科院校实验室建设的优化改造要优化资源配置,调整结构布局,建立实验中心管理体制;要坚持突出学科优势,提高管理水平,提高投资效益的原则;要进一步整合资源,理顺实验室的管理体制,按照学科专业属性相近的原则,全盘调整学校专业布局,将相关专业归口到相适应的管理院系。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present there are some problems of irrational resources allocation,management lag and resource waste in the laboratory construction of newly-built local universities. The optimization and reformation of laboratory construction in local undergraduate colleges should optimize the allocation of resources,adjust structure layout,set up experiment center management system; adhere to the principle of outstanding academic advantage,improving management level and enhancing investment benefit;further integrate resources,rationalize laboratory management system,according to the principles of close majors,overall adjust school profession layout,let related profession come to adapted management departments.更多还原
