【摘要】 从执政时间和次数上看,正义党无疑是阿根廷近一个世纪以来最有影响力的政党。作为传统政党,正义党的生命力源自其鲜明的理论依据、坚实的社会基础、强大的感召力以及务实性的政策路径选择。但在多次执政过程中,正义党也暴露出很多问题和弱点,甚至出现过危机。其中执政能力的欠缺、过于突出领袖个人地位、党内缺乏团结、过度依赖工会是正义党面临的最大挑战。从正义党自身来看,执政能力的磨炼和提高是决定其未来能否继续执政的关键因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Justice Party is regarded as the most influential political party in Argentina during the past century. As a traditional party,it has succeeded in sustaining its social basis by launching programs corresponding to mass politics and implementing policies featured by pragmatism. On the other hand,it is faced with deeply rooted problems undermining its ruling ability. Top leaders exercised too much personal influence on the party,leading to a lack of internal unity. There is excessive dependence on trade unions,which is the largest challenge for the party to meet.更多还原
