【摘要】 对各地区安全生产行政执法工作进行综合评价,具有重要的理论和实践意义。采用改进的功效系数法,对2013年全国安全生产行政执法工作进行综合评价。结果表明,大部分地区安全生产监督监察执法工作情况一般或较好,少数地区还存在明显的差距。该评价结果可以为进一步督促和指导部分地区的安全生产监督监察执法工作提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is of theoretical and practical significance to evaluate the administrative law enforcement( ALE) of regional work safety. An improved efficiency coefficient method was presented for analyzing the ALE of national work safety in 2013. The results showed that the ALE was not so good in most areas,and there existed apparent difference between some areas. The evaluation can provide references to supervise and direct the regional ALE.更多还原
